Table Tennis Cup (also known as TT Cup) announces the establishment of a partnership with the Polish Table Tennis Association (PZTS). The partnership will remain in effect until 2027 and involves joint efforts to develop and popularize table tennis both in Poland and abroad. The agreement includes the exchange of experiences and organizational collaboration between PZTS and TT Cup. Adult athletes trained within the Association's structures, including at Youth Sports Training Centers (OSSM), will be allowed to participate in tournaments only during breaks in their training process.
Both organizations are placing special emphasis on the development of the youngest categories. Through their joint efforts, the projects and initiatives aim to create even better conditions for training and the gradual preparation of future representatives of Poland.
"This is an important step for the future of our sport. We are joining forces to provide the youngest players with the optimal opportunity for development in professional conditions" - Dariusz Szumacher, President of PZTS.
The Polish Table Tennis Association (PZTS) and TT Cup share a common mission: to support the development of competitive sports, promote table tennis among children, youth, and amateurs, and foster values such as a healthy lifestyle, fair play, and the integration of the sports community.
"We are pleased that the Table Tennis Cup (TT Cup) and the Polish Table Tennis Association are beginning cooperation. We believe that together we will develop our discipline in the spirit of sporting competition, fair play, and mutual respect" - representative of the TT Cup.
The agreement, valid until 2027, provides both parties with stability and the opportunity for strategic planning, representing another step toward the professionalization of Polish table tennis and the strengthening of its position on the European stage.
